Role: Service Desk (RDS Analyst)

Responsibilities:

- Provide L1 & L1.5 support with IT Service Desk experience.
- Assist in configuring and troubleshooting software and hardware.
- Resolve IT issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Log, track, and close tickets using ServiceNow.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any technical course (preferably IT).
- 2-5 years of Remote Desktop Support experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills (O365, VPN, Skype, Printer, Active Directory, MS Office, etc.).
- Understanding of Windows 7 & 10 operating systems.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Amenable to work on-site and can start ASAP.
