Senior Service Desk Analyst

Exciting chance for an experienced Senior Service Desk Analyst who will handle customer reported incidents by investigating and resolving them. The ideal candidate will be proactive and hands-on in solving problems, with the opportunity to grow within a respected software company, focusing on Telecom OSS/BSS product development with cloud native technologies.
About YouWe are seeking a highly enthusiastic individual with experience in software development environments or technical support roles. Requirements include:
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science
- Expertise in AWS Cloud Platforms and services
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Jaeger, Kibana, and more
- Strong Unix/Linux skills
- Effective communication capabilities
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and container technologies
- Experience in QA, user acceptance testing, and server technologies
- Knowledge of databases, security, and query languages
- Process service requests and manage incidents
- Execute operation readiness tests and maintain knowledge base
- Support change management and capacity planning
- Manage configurations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Investigate and resolve customer-reported incidents
- Provide after-hours support as part of on-call rotations
