Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Gerente de Customer Care para sumarse a uno de los equipos del Global Capability Center -Shared Service Center
- de la compañía Assurant ubicado en Retiro, Cdad. de Bs. As.


La posición se encarga principalmente de planificar, liderar, coordinar y controlar la entrega de servicios correspondientes y de mantener las relaciones con los clientes.

El rol deberá liderar un equipo de asociados, asegurándose que el área cumpla con los objetivos acorde al presupuesto y brindando un servicio de calidad.


Nos orientamos a perfiles con experiência en centros de servicios compartidos, con solidas habilidades de liderazgo, experiência en la utilización y medición de métricas y KPIs.

Es un requisito excluyente contar con nível de inglés avanzado.
