As the key to Latin America, EdgeUno provides turnkey solutions to companies across the continent. Our datacenters host network infrastructure hubs for businesses in countries like Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, and Peru.

Full Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for the Latin American region, covering local markets and global enterprise expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a highperforming sales and marketing team, fostering collaboration and resultsdriven environment.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in cloud, edge computing, and connectivity sectors, locally and among multinational corporations entering Latin America.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, partners, industry associations, and government bodies, positioning EdgeUno as a market leader.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to align offerings with market demands and customer needs.
  • Oversee creation and execution of marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and promotions to enhance brand recognition and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform product development and enhancement.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment between sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Represent EdgeUno at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish thought leadership and expand the company's network.
  • Stay updated on market trends and lead the company's market research efforts.
  • Coordinate with other departments for unified customer experience, engagement, distribution, legal, and communication strategies.
  • Define marketing strategies supporting the company's overall objectives.
  • Create and execute sales strategies meeting requirements and revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles within the technology industry, preferably in cloud services, edge computing, or connectivity.
  • Strong understanding of the Latin American market landscape, including cultural nuances and business practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in crafting and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients, and partners, and attend industry events.
