Customer Insights Specialist para nuestra dirección de
Operaciones & Customer Service.





¿Qué desafíos te esperan?:

  • Entender la voz del cliente y traducirla en insights para la organización que permita tomar acciones de mejora del NPS y performance de la posventa.
  • Procesar las distintas fuentes de información y generar nuevas fuentes de forma que nos permitan alimentar los modelos y análisis del equipo.
  • Transmitir los resultados de los insights obtenidos a los diferentes stakeholders de la organización.
  • Elaborar presentaciones high level y Storytelling.
  • Evaluar y diseñar nuevas estrategias de gestión considerando aspectos cuantitativos y cualitativos.
  • Trabajar junto a los equipos de Operaciones y Producto, dando apoyo para traducir los insights en accionables concretos y medibles.
  • Generar modelos de datos predictivos, automatizaciones, alarmas, etc. que permitan anticipar posibles impactos en nuestros clientes.



¿Qué valoramos?:

- +3 años de experiência en Customer Experience o Business IntelligenceGraduado de las carreras de Ingeniería, Administración, Actuario, Sistemas, Economía o afines.

  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y conocimiento de SQL y/o herramientas de análisis de información (Python, R, SAS, Etc).
  • Pensamiento estratégico, liderazgo y visión de negocio.
  • Fuerte orientación al análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo de la información.
  • Excelente manejo de relaciones interpersonales y trabajo en equipo.
  • Proactividad y Autonomía.
Posgrados en temáticas de Data & Analytics (deseable).

  • Experiência trabajando con modelos de Inteligencia Artificial Generativa (deseable).
