- ** Your Role **:The Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist, Key Accounts plays a key role in assisting the development and retention of Customer, interfacing with the national key account manager and business unit, ensuring that the account strategy is being supported in the country/branch. By promoting and monitoring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction, current products, services and visibility solutions, Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist, Key Accounts can play a major role in ensuring customer retention and brick walling in KN. The Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist, Key Accounts also promotes continuous improvement within the managed accounts.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- To support customer onboarding in line with working instructions, ensuring inclusion + transfer of customer requirements into the KN systems alongside the (initial) customer order.
- To qualify + enter customer orders into the operational execution process.
- To collaborate with Finance to adjust credit limits based on daily business development + coordinate measures in case of challenges.
- Monitor Customer Satisfaction and improve the performance on national level via NPS.
- SOP Management & Monitoring compliance at country/branch level.
- Implement new business for the assigned accounts.
- Trigger, Monitor and present Reporting & KPIs according to Scope of Work (SOW) agreed between KN and customer.
- Monitor and address the Data Quality issues to ensure automation of all reports for all business in place.
- Lead internal + external MBR’s & QBR’s & YBR's.
- Manage customer complaints efficiently escalating to the Stakeholders at National/Regional/Global team.
- Coaching & Industry Knowledge sharing with country Customer Service Personnel.
- Follow up with business units (BU) the customer's claims to be responded within time frame agreed and reported on MBR/QBR/YBR.
- Administer Regional and Global Operational Key Account manager's requests and act as the focal point within the country/BU.
- Working closely with National Key Account Managers to assist in identifying cross/ upselling opportunities.
- Support Financial Department on Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) control by identifying root causes.
- Consolidate each country information.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- International Trade University Degree or alike.
- Sea Logistics experience.
- International Trade experience.
- Advanced English skills.
