El objetivo de la posición de Customer Service Analyst se centra en administrar los pedidos de clientes, buscando satisfacer al 100% los productos solicitados.
Responsabilidades principales:
Dar cumplimiento al procesamiento de los pedidos. Control de cantidades y precios
Cruce de OC con stock, informe y comunicación con Planning antes de su facturación
Reportes:
Facturación, Pedidos Pendientes (con sus respectivos motivos), identificación de unidades no facturadas, artículos discontinuados, error de EAN y diferencia de precios y/ o cantidades.
Solicitud e ingreso de turnos en los pedidos que así lo requieran.Relación directa con IT, área comercial, marketing, trade, planeación, C&C.
Capacidad para poder dar soporte ante incidencias durante el proceso.
Analizar y realizar el seguimiento y detección de desvíos en el proceso de facturación de las ordenes, así como colaborar en la toma de acciones.
Ser capaz de tomar decisiones acerca de los posibles desvíos que se presenten
Conocimientos, habilidades y experiência:
Estudiante de Administración de Empresas, Comercio Internacional
2-3 años de experiência en áreas de Customer Service y/o Logística en empresas de Consumo Masivo.
Actitud ética y responsable en el trabajo diario, como también el enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente interno. Facilidad para la interrelación y el trabajo en equipo.
