En AbbVie estamos buscando a nuestro Customer Service Analyst, para que nos acompañe en una temporalidad de 12 meses, en esta posición realizaras las siguientes funciones:

  • El Representante de servicio al cliente es un punto de contacto clave para las funciones internas de la compañía y las partes externas para involucrar al servicio de logística y al cliente brindando soporte directo a los clientes asegurando y manteniendo un nível de servicio eficiente y sostenible.
  • Atender y cumplir las solicitudes del cliente de acuerdo con los lineamientos de la compañía, a través de la recepción, verificación, tramite e ingreso de las órdenes en SAP para las Unidades de Negocio.
  • Conocer y entender las políticas comerciales, resoluciones vigentes, procesos internos en su interacción con otras áreas y realizar las tareas requeridas por la Supervisión.
  • Realizar el servicio de atención al cliente siendo responsable por la inclusión y gestión de órdenes de compra, seguimiento de entregas, verificación de inventario, bodegas en consignación entre otros.
  • Confirmación de los estados de los pedidos al cliente, así como, redirección en caso de requerir aprobaciones: Cartera, precios, finanzas, otros.
  • Garantizar el archivo y custodia de los diversos soportes de la gestión de pedidos y/o facturas de venta.
  • Demostrar dominio sobre los sistemas y procedimientos tanto del departamento como de otras áreas (Comercial, Logística, Finanzas y otros).
  • Generaciones de Notas de Crédito/Débito y cancelaciones de facturas para clientes.
  • Elaborar, junto con el equipo de atención al cliente, los informes del departamento y otros que sean solicitados.
  • Atender y dar seguimiento en forma oportuna a quejas, peticiones especiales y/o requerimientos de documentación técnica de los productos o canalizarlos a las áreas que les corresponda para dar respuesta al cliente.
  • Gestión de mejora continua de la operación y control de procesos y target bajo los estándares de la compañía mediante la elaboración y actualización de procedimientos e instructivos del área.
  • Utilizar su experiência para atender con excelencia las solicitudes de clientes internos y externos y además proponer soluciones de casos de alta complejidad, manejando situaciones fuera de la rutina o que requieran conocimientos más específicos.
  • Brindar soporte para atención a auditorías: financieras, Etica y Compliance.
  • Cuantificar indicadores de gestión del área para cada una de las divisiones de la compañía y generar archivos de valor que permita a la gerencia del área toma de acciones o acuerdos tanto con clientes internos en pro de la satisfacción del cliente final.

Requisitos:

  • Formación técnica o tecnológica y/o estudiante universitario en Administración de empresas, Ingeniería industrial y/o carreras afines
  • Experiência: 2 años o más
  • Conocimiento y experiência en servicio al cliente y cadena de suministro
