Customer Service Team Leader

The main goal of this job is to provide guidance, coaching, and supervision to team members as a Customer Service Team Lead. Ensuring team and individual performance are up to par and identifying areas for enhancement.

Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting supervisors in overseeing the daily operations of the Customer Service Group
- Providing feedback on daily workloads to prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
- Developing and maintaining performance indicators for the Customer Service Groups
- Troubleshooting system issues as they arise
- Creating and implementing training procedures, ensuring adherence to documented processes
- Offering training and assistance to new and current staff
- Demonstrating expertise in complex scenarios related to the order-to-cash process
- Supervising daily customer order processing, returns, and inquiries
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate's, Bachelor's, or higher education degree completed or in progress
- 3-5 years of customer service or business-related experience
- 1-3 years of leadership experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must currently work in the North America Customer Service department
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of Ecolab experience, particularly in customer service
- SAP experience
- Proficiency in structured environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage effectively in a multidivisional setting
- Keen eye for detail and reliability
- Effective time management and workflow prioritization
- Capable of multitasking and making sound decisions
