The main goal of this job is to provide guidance, coaching, and supervision to team members as a Customer Service Team Lead. Ensuring team and individual performance are up to par and identifying areas for enhancement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting supervisors in overseeing the daily operations of the Customer Service Group
  • Providing feedback on daily workloads to prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Developing and maintaining performance indicators for the Customer Service Groups
  • Troubleshooting system issues as they arise
  • Creating and implementing training procedures, ensuring adherence to documented processes
  • Offering training and assistance to new and current staff
  • Demonstrating expertise in complex scenarios related to the order-to-cash process
  • Supervising daily customer order processing, returns, and inquiries

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate's, Bachelor's, or higher education degree completed or in progress
  • 3-5 years of customer service or business-related experience
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must currently work in the North America Customer Service department

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of Ecolab experience, particularly in customer service
  • SAP experience
  • Proficiency in structured environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage effectively in a multidivisional setting
  • Keen eye for detail and reliability
  • Effective time management and workflow prioritization
  • Capable of multitasking and making sound decisions
