As
HR Administrative Partner, you'll enjoy a varied role and a wide range of interactions across all levels on a daily basis.

You will get exposure to many different aspects of the business and have the opportunity to work on global People projects.


The Impact You'll Make - Core Areas:

  • Hybrid, (2 days on-site) at Parser ́s Office in Buenos Aires (Argentina)
  • Act as point of contact for different stakeholders, delivery managers and team members in the administrative management of HR.
  • Ensure that team members across different projects have access to the support they need to perform successfully on a daily basis, assisting with any questions, concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Measure, analyze and manage team members' engagement, working collaboratively with the People Experience Team on any actions to take in this matter.
  • Ensure all team members have the best experience during their full lifecycle by following Parser's and Clients' established processes.
  • Identify and manage possible process improvements along the way and follow up accordingly.
  • Coach and advise managers and team members on different matters that include policies and best practices, client feedback matters.
  • Ensure information is properly maintained and updated for reporting purposes within our HR system.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as team members' timesheets, time off, billing matters, among others.
  • Manage onboarding, onboarding, and review invoices.
  • Update internal policies and talk with team members.
  • Manage management requests from the client team.
  • Manage weekly meetings and run surveys.
  • Plan communication and follow internal activities.

What You'll Bring To Us:

- +3 years of HR experience as HRBP or similar positions.

  • Generalist knowledge: Employee Relations, Growth & Development.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related studies.
  • Dynamic and flexible personality to be part of a fastpaced work environment.
  • Openness to feedback and ability to analyze metrics to determine required shifts for success and Team Members' engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage high volume of requests from various Stakeholders within the Company.
  • Ability to stay organized and handle competing priorities.
  • Determined with a taste for finding a way around obstacles.
  • Strong communication skills, able to set and maintain expectations.
  • A team player with outofthebox thinking and a strategic mindset.
  • Techsavvy.
  • Approachable, empathic, and a good listener.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
