Su responsabilidad se orienta a explotar la información obtenida a través de las diferentes herramientas y fuentes de información, identificar oportunidades de negocio, asà como proporcionar elementos que permitan mejorar nuestra performance y efectividad. Identificar, analizar y comprender los factores de retención y pérdida de pacientes y clientes para diseñar estrategias y/o acciones que contribuyan a crecer el negocio. Serà responsable de dar soporte analÃtico para la definición y calibración de los componentes (producto, precio, promoción, plaza) de la oferta de valor por segmento y producto, y por cliente, y asegurar la efectividad de la fuerza de ventas a través de las herramientas de gestión a disposición y auditar la correcta implementación de la visita médica planificada. Darà soporte a la estrategia de negocio mediante la elaboración de reportes de valor.
Nos orientamos a un graduado en carreras afines, con sólido manejo de planilla de cÃlculos e idioma inglés. Se requiere sólida experiencia tanto en el Ãrea de SFE como de Business Intelligence.
Se requiere capacidad analÃtica y de cruzamiento de multiplicidad de variables. Disposición a la identificación de oportunidades de negocio y orientación a la eficiencia.
