Job Description Purpose Lead the comprehension of patient experience insights across the Brand and In-Field Team and develop the Patient Journey to focus the Brand Team on the delivery of patient-centric strategies, including CLM engagement and customization, while adhering to AbbVie’s business code of conduct, policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities Collaborate with Brand and In-Field teams to facilitate cross-stakeholder discussions, synthesize insights, identify target segments, determine brand positioning, and drive Close Loop Marketing engagement. Secure input from stakeholders to develop a robust Patient Journey, propose strategic objectives for Brand review, and challenge Brand strategies to ensure patient‑centricity. Ensure all functional deliverables align with branding and convey emotional messages coherent with the Brand Story. Guide the design and implementation of all marketing activities, including innovative tactics, traditional and non‑traditional partnerships, multi‑channel opportunities, and multi‑stakeholder initiatives. Align in‑field materials, strategies, and tactics to drive momentum toward strategic brand objectives. Lead development of marketing inputs to the Strategic Brand Plan, consolidate the 1‑year Tactical Brand Plan, and coordinate preparation of the Long‑Range Plan. Develop, lead, and coach direct reports (if applicable); forecast, monitor brand KPIs, manage budget and brand P&L, and track ROI for all marketing activities. As Brand Team Leader (if applicable), lead the Brand Team around a shared vision, ensure contribution to Brand strategy, and involve relevant functions. Continuously encourage collaboration and foster team spirit within the Brand Team. Own the Brand Team activities and processes (organize, chair, facilitate team meetings). Key Stakeholders External: Patients, Health Care Professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, payers, agencies (MR, PR, digital). Internal: In‑field teams, Brand Team, Brand Team Leader, Area Commercial, Affiliate Management Team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred) or related field. Proven success in marketing within biotech/pharmaceutical sectors. Ability to translate strategies into realistic marketing actions. Strong leadership and cross‑functional coordination skills. Solid knowledge of strategic and tactical marketing principles and digital technology. Preferred experience in Project Management and Digital Marketing & communications. Valid driver’s license with a record in good standing. English proficiency (verbal and written). Benefits Competitive base pay (range stated in posting).
