About the Role We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Delivery LATAM team and help shape the future of the consumer experience in the region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background, who’s excited to work cross-functionally to unlock growth and improve operations. You’ll work with global and regional stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, and operations, supporting markets in LATAM, while translating complex data into high-impact strategies. This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on our product roadmap and growth efforts across LATAM What You’ll Do Act as a Product Champion across key launches and improvements, serving as a link between regional markets and global product teams Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to scope, test, and launch new features Analyze performance trends and uncover growth opportunities through SQL and structured problem solving Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership Drive operational excellence and consumer satisfaction by improving internal processes and execution Support escalations, product feedback loops, and training needs across supported countries What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative analytical, or related field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or similar A minimum of 3 years of experience in Strategy, Ops, Consulting, or related roles SQL experience is preferred Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with cross-functional teams Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across regions and functions Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior audiences Fluent in English Preferred Qualifications SQL proficiency Experience supporting product or feature adoption in multi-market environments Background in managing regional or global projects Comfort working in ambiguity and scaling initiatives Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
