Job Overview Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities, and serving as a subject matter expert for sales development best practices, processes, and tools. Job Requirements Monitor and manage all sales opportunities within the assigned territory using Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring accurate reporting and timely updates. Support and train the sales team to drive opportunities toward successful closure. Communicate market trends and technological shifts to Sales Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams. Develop and execute strategic account growth plans aligned with TE Energy’s product roadmap and business strategy. Introduce new products to the market and ensure proper positioning and adoption. Deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients and internal stakeholders. Provide regular updates to senior management on market conditions and account performance. Travel across Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay (up to 50%) to meet clients, conduct presentations, and support sales initiatives. Education & Experience What your background should look like Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sales development role. Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written). Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (SFDC). Experience with Power BI is a plus. Technical & Market Knowledge Deep understanding of the electrical products market, especially within the utilities sector. Ability to identify and communicate market trends, including technological shifts and customer acquisition processes. Proven experience in technical product presentations and strategic account development. Sales & Business Development Skills Skilled in sales tactics, negotiation, and closing deals. Ability to introduce new products to the market and drive profitable revenue growth. Experience managing opportunities and pipelines through Salesforce. Comfortable working under target-driven environments. Soft Skills Strong organizational and planning abilities. Proactive and self-motivated. Capable of working independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams. Able to deliver clear and concise updates to senior management.
