Sales Development Representative (SDR) We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, cold calling, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong communication and sales skills, eager to contribute to our growth. Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media. A list of clients to call will be provided daily. Qualify potential clients and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for pipeline growth. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and appointment-setting targets. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
