Overview Área: Business Development – Venue Partner Sourcing, Outreach, Agendamiento de citas y soporte en cierres Descripción del rol Buscamos un/a Business Development Associate proactivo/a y orientado/a al cliente para identificar, atraer y asegurar nuevos venue partners en la plataforma de Novella. Serás responsable de las actividades de top-of-funnel: prospección, contacto con leads cálidos, calificación de oportunidades, agendamiento de reuniones para el Head of Business Development y soporte en el proceso de cierre. El éxito en este rol significa mantener un pipeline constante de conversaciones calificadas y acuerdos firmados con partners estratégicos. Responsabilidades Prospección e investigación: construir y mantener una lista de venues objetivo. Outreach & Agendamiento: ejecutar outreach multicanal (email, chat, teléfono) para concretar reuniones. Gestión de Pipeline: registrar actividades, notas y próximos pasos en HubSpot con alta precisión. Sales Enablement: preparar briefs para el Head of Business Development, personalizar materiales de outreach y dar seguimiento a pendientes. Reporting: entregar métricas semanales del pipeline y proponer mejoras para aumentar la conversión. Requisitos y perfil Inglés excelente (oral y escrito); seguridad en outreach a nivel ejecutivo (nativo preferido). 2–5 años de experiencia en Business Development, SDR/BDR, Partnerships o Account Acquisition (hospitalidad, eventos, SaaS o marketplaces preferidos). Se consideran candidatos con 2+ años si demuestran fuerte actitud comercial y estabilidad laboral (mínimo 1 año por rol). Historial comprobado en agendar reuniones calificadas y avanzar prospectos en el pipeline. Familiaridad con HubSpot y herramientas de secuencias de email (gran plus). Perfil tech‑savvy, cómodo con herramientas de IA. Habilidades de investigación, atención al detalle y mentalidad orientada a la acción. Comisiones y beneficios Estructura de comisiones: Comisiones disponibles por agendamiento de citas. Meta esperada: 3 citas por día (15 por semana). #J-18808-Ljbffr
