Cargo Sales Management Argentina – Arajet Overview We are seeking an independent Sales Manager to join our team full-time in Argentina. If you are a natural salesperson, hungry, ambitious, sharp, and seeking to lead a high-performance team at a fast‑paced startup, this could be the right role for you. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, consolidators, and tour operators to promote ticket sales and services. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Lead other Key Account Manager(s) in market, including training, developing skills, supporting in high-level negotiations, pipeline and portfolio management, driving account planning, and auditing relationships. Utilize CRM tool to document sales activity, maintain an updated client and prospect database. Conduct presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions to familiarize clients with airline offerings and booking tools. Negotiate contracts, agreements, and incentive programs with travel partners to maximize mutual benefits. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and provide market insights internally. Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify gaps, and recommend solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales Support, revenue management and marketing, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Represent the airline at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence. Stay updated on airline products, policies, and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
