The Work: As a Proposal Specialist you provide logistic, administrative, and content development support to teams developing sales proposals. Responsibilities include: Creating RFx outlines Coordinating meetings and managing calendars Facilitating digital collaboration and content development Supporting proposal production Collaborating with Content Management teams to source content Supporting medium sales opportunities and assisting other proposal managers on larger opportunities Overseeing development of deliverables for pre‑RFx, orals, site visits, client sessions, workshops, BAFO, etc. Working with internal customers to develop high‑quality, compliant, and compelling RFx responses with on‑time delivery Participating in meetings with deal sales leadership to discuss opportunity background, RFx response strategy, team assignments, resources, reviews, schedule, and logistics Creating RFx response schedule with milestone reviews, production, and delivery Leading day‑to‑day proposal management activities, managing support resources including Graphic Designers, Proposal Writers, deal team Authors, etc. Planning, resource, and conducting RFx response reviews and preparing review drafts Here’s what you need: Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience doing similar work. English language fluency (oral and written) Good leadership and management skills Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills Extra credit if you have: MBA Minimum 4 years of experience in pre‑sales/sales support capability with basic understanding of the RFx lifecycle in the IT industry Experience with complete sales cycle Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams You May Also Need: Travel up to 50%, Overtime anticipated during peak proposal times Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs Must have good internet connectivity and a distraction‑free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines Benefits: Credit at Delivery App Health Insurance Connectivity Service Gym VIP Pass Days off from the first year of service Flexible holidays Flexible work shift Bonus for higher education certifications Day off on your birthday Bonus Paternity & extended maternity leave Daycare reimbursement ➕ more benefits We have offices in CABA, Mar del Plata, Rosario and Córdoba We also have several positions that are 100% remote.
