What you'll doing: —Developing and executing NOMO'sglobalIB &Affiliate strategy. —Building strong, long-term partnerships with IBs, affiliates, and influencers. —Designing transparent and data-backedreward systems (CPA, CPL, RevShare). —Managing budgets ($1M+) and optimizingCACvs LTVperformance. —Leading and mentoring aremote international teamofaffiliate managers. —Ensuring compliance, risk control, and fraud prevention systems are inplace. —Collaborating withProduct, Marketing, and Salestoalign strategies. —Representing NOMO atkeyindustry events— iFXExpo, SiGMA, Affiliate World. We're looking for someone with: —3+years ofexperience inForex/CFD/FinTechorrelated fields. —Proven successscaling affiliate orIB programs globally. —Deep understanding ofCPA/RevShare modelsand analytics tools. —Experience managingmulti-market teamsand large budgets. —Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. —English proficiency (B2+); Spanish isabig plus. —Aresults-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.
