Head of Partnerships (Global)
 — a strategic, hands-on leader who will drive the growth of our 
IB & Affiliate ecosystem
 across 
LATAM, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

What you'll be doing:

— Developing and executing NOMO's 
global IB & Affiliate strategy.

— Building strong, long-term partnerships with IBs, affiliates, and influencers.

— Designing transparent and data-backed 
reward systems
 (CPA, CPL, RevShare).

— Managing budgets ($1M+) and optimizing 
CAC vs LTV performance.

— Leading and mentoring a 
remote international team
 of affiliate managers.

— Ensuring compliance, risk control, and fraud prevention systems are in place.

— Collaborating with 
Product, Marketing, and Sales
 to align strategies.

— Representing NOMO at key 
industry events
 — iFX Expo, SiGMA, Affiliate World.

We're looking for someone with:

— 3+ years of experience in 
Forex/CFD/FinTech
 or related fields.

— Proven success 
scaling affiliate or IB programs globally.

— Deep understanding of 
CPA/RevShare models
 and analytics tools.

— Experience managing 
multi-market teams
 and large budgets.

— Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

— English proficiency (B2+); Spanish is a big plus.

— A results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.
