What you will do Prospecting and Lead Generation: Innovate and oversee the sales process to attract new clients; conduct outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities; self‑generate leads by researching potential clients and staying informed about industry developments; identify and research opportunities in both new and existing markets. Client Relationship Management: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions; create positive, long‑lasting relationships with current and potential clients; develop rapport with key decision‑makers; translate proposals into ready‑to‑sign contracts; prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients; customize proposals based on each client’s specific business needs. Networking and Conferences: Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to expand your network; represent our company professionally during in‑person interactions; manage the entire sales process from prospecting to kick‑off. SDR‑Specific Responsibilities: Reply to leads that reach out via emails, social media, and other channels to generate interest and qualify leads; engage with prospects to assess needs, pain points, challenges, and budget in order to determine suitability; schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the Client Partner team; coordinate calendars and ensure smooth transitions; follow up with leads that are not yet ready to buy; maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the company’s CRM; collaborate closely with the sales team to share insights and ensure smooth lead handover; continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training, coaching, and self‑directed learning; track key performance metrics such as conversion rates and SLA and report progress to management. Must Haves Sales or client‑facing experience (including HR, recruiting, or other external/internal client‑facing roles). Great charisma, personable, strong negotiation skills. Extremely self‑motivated, high energy with excellent communication skills in English. Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities. Manage a monthly/yearly quota of revenue generation (mix of self‑generated leads/prospecting and existing account growth). Visa and/or ability to travel to the US. +1 year in sales development positions. +1 year of experience in B2B companies. Strong communication skills. Eager to learn, basic sales skills, resilience and persistence, ability to learn quickly, strong work ethic. Nice to Haves Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Zoho, for maintaining client activities. Experience in business development or sales, preferably in software or digital consultancy. Understanding of the overall landscape required to engage customers and close sales in the US. Experience selling professional services in IT, understanding of technical terminology, platforms, and tools. Experience developing self‑generation processes, strategy, and training. Tech savvy.
