Position In the Province of Córdoba, within the banking sector, we are actively seeking a professional Business Analyst (BA) Middle, with analytical skills, product vision and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. Team In your role, you will be the driving force behind transforming stakeholder needs into effective technological solutions. You will act as the key link between non-technical areas (Sales, Marketing, Operations) and the Development team, ensuring that every feature delivers real value. Requirements Minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst. Solid understanding of what a CRM is and how it works. Background in the Banking, Fintech or Financial Services sector. Strong documentation skills (Use Cases, User Stories). Expert proficiency in diagramming tools and workflows. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Nice-to-have Skills Analytical mindset. Problem-solving. Adaptability to dynamic environments. Responsibilities Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Lead workshops and interviews to collect and document business requirements through User Stories. Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows and design future states that increase efficiency and reduce operational risk. Expectation Management: Facilitate seamless communication between business units and IT teams.
