In the **Province of Córdoba**, within the **banking** sector, we are actively seeking a professional **Business Analyst** (BA) **Middle**, with **analytical skills**, **product vision** and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.

**_ This is the team_**
In your role, you will be the driving force behind **transforming stakeholder needs** into effective technological solutions. You **will act** as the **key link** between** non-technical areas**(**Sales, Marketing, Operations**) and the **Development team**, ensuring that every feature delivers real value.

This is you_**
- Minimum of** 3 years** as a **Business Analyst**.
- **Solid understanding** of what a **CRM** is and how it works.
- **Background** in the **Banking,** **Fintech** or **Financial Services** sector.
- Strong **documentation skills** (**Use Cases, User Stories**).
- **Expert** proficiency in **diagramming tools and workflows**.
- **Experience** working with **Agile/Scrum** methodologies.

**_ This is your role_**
- **Requirements Gathering and Analysis**: Lead **workshops** and **interviews** to collect and **document business** requirements through **User Stories**.
- **Process Optimization**:Analyze current workflows** and **design future states** that increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- **Expectation Management**:Facilitate** seamless **communication** between** business units**and **IT teams.**
- **Delivery Quality**:Define acceptance criteria**and coordinate **User Acceptance Testing** (UAT) to ensure successful implementations.
