non-technical areas

Sales, Marketing, Operations
) and the
Development team
, ensuring that every feature delivers real value.

This is you

  • Minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst.
  • Solid understanding of what a CRM is and how it works.
  • Background in the Banking, Fintech or Financial Services sector.
  • Strong documentation skills (Use Cases, User Stories).
  • Expert proficiency in diagramming tools and workflows.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

This is your role

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Lead workshops and interviews to collect and document business requirements through User Stories.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows and design future states that increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
  • Expectation Management: Facilitate seamless communication between business units and IT teams.
  • Delivery Quality: Define acceptance criteria and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementations.
