In **Prov. de Córdoba** within the **banking** industry, we are actively seeking a **Functional Analyst**with solid experience in the development or implementation of accounting systems.

In your role you'll become a vital member in a team of skilled professionals. Your primary responsibility **gather**, **analyze**, and **document functional** requirements based on business needs. - ** +3 years** of experience in similar positions.
- Ability to perform both **functional**and **technical analysis.**:

- Strong **documentation** skills for **requirements**, **processes**, and **specifications.**:

- Proven experience in the **development** or **implementation of accounting systems**.
- Knowledge and **experience** with systems such as **BanTotal or similar**.
- Solid understanding of **SQL database** management.

Nice-to-have skills:

- Proactive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability for teamwork.
- Effective communication with users and development teams.
- Familiarity with software analysis methodologies such as **SCRUM**, **XP**, or related agile frameworks.
- Graduates or advanced students in Public Accounting, Information Systems Engineering, or related fields.

- **Gather**, **analyze**, and **document functional** requirements based on business needs.
- Participate in the **design** and **implementation**of accounting systems.
- **Coordinate**and **execute functional testing** and **validation of developments**.
- Provide **training**to **end users** and** post-implementation support**.
- Collaborate in the continuous improvement of business processes and system efficiency.
