Sales Development Representative

We are a GTM advisory firm that works with U.S.-based startups on revenue and outbound go-to-market. We help founders design and run outbound systems that actually work, and we’re growing steadily month over month. Our clients range from VC-backed startups to profitable SaaS companies across a wide range of industries, from AI hardware and manufacturing to service-based businesses and early-stage AI startups. Because of this, our team needs to be able to quickly understand new products, customers, and industries. This role is fully remote. Because we work with U.S.-based startups, advanced written English and good spoken English are required. What you’ll do Manage inbound and outbound email replies across multiple client inboxes Read, understand, and respond to prospect replies clearly and professionally Qualify interested prospects using defined criteria and judgment Book meetings with qualified prospects on client calendars Handle common objections and follow-ups using provided guidance Keep CRM records clean for the leads you touch (statuses, notes, meetings) Surface patterns you notice across conversations to the delivery team Over time, take on cold calling and additional outbound responsibilities You might be a fit if You have 0–2 years of experience, or are a strong student or recent graduate interested in sales, startups, or consulting Your written English is excellent and clear, concise, and natural Your spoken English is strong enough to confidently book meetings with U.S. prospects You can learn new industries quickly and explain unfamiliar products in simple terms You are comfortable context-switching between very different businesses You are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented You improve quickly with feedback and take ownership of your work Prior SDR or sales experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & growth Monthly base pay (USD) plus a per-meeting booked variable Paid monthly in USD Fully remote and async-friendly Scope and compensation can increase with strong performance You will work across many different industries and business models, see how outbound works in practice, and develop skills that translate well to sales, GTM, consulting, and startup roles.
