As an Account Management Partner, you’ll be the strategic force behind some of our most important customer accounts—leading with integrity, insight, and impact. Required Skills and Experience Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in technology companies , ideally with specialized knowledge in a key Argentine industry—especially banking. Demonstrated ability to manage account‑level profit and loss (P&L) with accountability for financial outcomes. Strong understanding of business and technology trends, with the ability to apply industry best practices to customer solutions. Experience leading the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and renewal—with a focus on long‑term value. Proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing cost structures, and assessing profitability and risk. Ability to build trust‑based relationships with customers through empathy, transparency, and strategic insight. Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Experience selling complex technical solutions or services. Familiarity with strategic account planning and go‑to‑market execution. Exposure to cross‑functional collaboration in global or regional environments. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development through certifications or leadership programs.
