Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relación interpersonal Capacidad para gestionar cuentas y analizar métricas de uso, engagement y churn Habilidad para resolver problemas y adaptarse a entornos dinámicos y equipos globales Experiencia previa en Customer Success, soporte al cliente o account management (no excluyente, valoramos habilidades transferibles) Manejo de herramientas como CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), ticketing o plataformas de soporte (deseable) Acceso a oportunidades 100% remotas con empresas de USA. Procesos que valoran habilidades reales por encima de los títulos. Acompañamiento personalizado durante todo el proceso de selección.
