Customer Success Manager (Talent Pool) About this role You'll ensure customers achieve outcomes increasing adoption retention and expansion in partnership with Sales and Product. What you'll do Onboarding adoption plans health scores and executive QBRs. Identify expansion opportunities; partner with Sales for upsell. Voice of Customer to Product; playbooks and training content. Churn/risk mitigation renewals coordination. What you bring 37 years in CSM/Account Management (SaaS/Services). Data-driven dashboards (health usage) and exec storytelling. English B2 mandatory. Nice to have Change management and multi-stakeholder enablement. Location Americas (incl. USA) or Spain.
