Customer Success Manager – CTO, Identity & Access Management Elevate the customer journey by translating product insights into lasting relationships and harness your expertise in proactive collaborations, onboarding, and product evolution. As a Customer Success Manager in the CTO – Identity & Access Management team, you will develop and maintain customer relationships that transform our product value propositions into real, measurable outcomes. You will be a core contributor of the team, building strong relationships with customers and understanding their unique needs and goals. Responsibilities Drive product adoption, expansion, and retention activities to maintain a healthy customer base. Conduct regular, proactive account meetings to share best practices, demonstrate use cases, communicate future releases, and gather feedback on the product’s impact on customers’ business needs. Guide customers through the onboarding process, configuring the product to meet their requirements, and leveraging deep knowledge of our products, including new features and enhancements. Track key success metrics and provide data and feedback to the Product team to inform new features and priorities. Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in customer success roles in product or technology. Demonstrated ability to influence product adoption and customer retention. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to learn new technologies and teach them to others.
