Qualifications 5+ years in customer success, implementation, or solutions consulting roles. 3+ years of experience working with enterprise clients in a multi‑stakeholder environment. Proven success driving adoption of SaaS or AI‑powered platforms. Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills. Data‑driven mindset; SQL or Python exposure is a plus.
