Now we're looking for aHead of Partnerships (Global)— a strategic, hands‑on leader who will drive the growth of ourIB & Affiliate ecosystemacrossLATAM, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Work directly with the CEO and leadership to design a partnership model for the future. Scale an international network across LATAM, Europe, Asia, and MENA. Collaborate with passionate, data‑driven people who move fast and think big. Be part of a VC‑backed, AI‑first fintech redefining modern trading. What you’ll be doing: Developing and executing NOMO’s global IB & Affiliate strategy. Building strong, long‑term partnerships with IBs, affiliates, and influencers. Designing transparent and data‑backed reward systems (CPA, CPL, RevShare). Managing budgets ($1M+) and optimizing CAC vs LTV performance. Leading and mentoring a remote international team of affiliate managers. Ensuring compliance, risk control, and fraud prevention systems are in place. Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align strategies. Representing NOMO at key industry events— iFXExpo, SiGMA, Affiliate World. We’re looking for someone with: 3+ years of experience in Forex/CFD/FinTech or related fields. Proven success scaling affiliate or IB programs globally. Deep understanding of CPA/RevShare models and analytics tools. Experience managing multi‑market teams and large budgets. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. English proficiency (B2+); Spanish is a big plus. A results‑oriented, entrepreneurial mindset. What we offer: Competitive compensation + KPI‑based bonus (tied to GP/NP).
