Business Strategy & Sales Enablement Specialist Role Overview EdgeUno is seeking a dynamic, data-savvy Business Strategy & Sales Enablement Specialist to build and lead a new business support function within the Sales organization. This role will be instrumental in identifying risks and opportunities from sales data, co-developing deal-closing strategies with the sales team, crafting business cases for pricing and expansion initiatives, and producing high-impact internal reports that drive decision-making and performance. This is a strategic, hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and knows how to turn insights into action. Key Responsibilities Analyze sales pipeline data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Detect early warning signals for deal slippage or underperformance. Build actionable dashboards and visualizations for sales leadership. Collaborate with BDMs to develop strategies for closing high‑value or stalled deals. Facilitate deal reviews and pipeline clinics to improve forecasting and win rates. Provide competitive intelligence and tailored insights to support negotiations. Lead development of business cases for pricing strategies, new market entries, and strategic initiatives. Work cross‑functionally with finance, product, and marketing to evaluate market potential and model ROI. Present strategic recommendations to improve sales performance. Design and maintain internal dashboards tracking KPIs, performance, and strategic initiatives. Ensure reporting is timely, visually engaging, and aligned with leadership priorities. Support quarterly business reviews and executive presentations with curated insights. Build a centralized Sales Intelligence Hub with competitive insights and market trends. Implement pipeline scoring and predictive analytics to improve forecast accuracy. Lead and track strategic initiatives like pricing changes and market expansion. Create executive‑ready briefs with scenario modeling and ROI analysis. Develop sales enablement tools including onboarding kits and success playbooks. Analyze lost deals and customer feedback to inform product and pricing strategy. Foster cross‑functional alignment across Sales, Product, Finance, and Network teams. Champion a performance‑driven culture through storytelling and internal communications. Qualifications 5+ years in sales strategy, business analysis, or commercial operations—telecom or infrastructure experience preferred. Strong command of Excel, CRM systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence senior stakeholders. Excellent communication skills—able to craft compelling narratives and executive‑ready presentations. Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
