Role/Responsibilities

**The Role**
As a key member of the Regional Management team, the Strategy & Business Associate will be afforded unique visibility into regional strategies cutting across MIS’s lines of business and have the opportunity to contribute to their execution and success in a dynamic environment. In this newly created role, responsibilities will vary, but, in general, will include researching of markets insights in Latin America, supporting project management, helping produce presentations for senior management and developing a P&L structure for the regional business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support implementation of Regional Management strategies in Latin America by reviewing and helping to administer project actions steps and follow-up
- Help in standardizing and improving usability and access to regional management reports (example: developing KPIs for the region, creating an allocation procedure for costs & expenses)
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of data and consistency for other requirements like market research, or P&L by country / region
- Contribute to ad-hoc analyses, presentations and special projects as needed in the region

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate degree from an accredited institution (business administration, accounting or engineering)
- 2 years of work experience with exposure to financial services or consulting is a plus
- Demonstrated familiarity with business and accounting concepts
- Strong communication skills, evidenced through work experience, coursework and/or extracurricular involvement
- Knowleadge in python or Excel macros is a plus

- Highly organized and efficient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish & English
- ExcellentPowerPoint skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential material
- Diligent, dependable, with a positive outlook
- Sound judgment and common sense
