**Strategy & Business Dev Analyst Argentina**

**RedMas Argentina** | **Full Time**

**I. Objectives**:

- Identify business growth opportunities to secure Entravision’s Cisneros Interactive long-term financial performance and global leading positioning within the advertising industry.
- Develop standardized clear business units reporting standards: design, content, discussion dynamic.
3.Provide strategic insights that can enable the management team with better decision making capacity.

**II. Responsibilities**:

- Growth Initiatives & Investments: Support the strategy office and business units management team on identifying and execution of new business opportunities through organic-growth and investment / acquisition attraction (new products development, new representation attraction, new markets entry, etc.). The position will support the development of business plans, financial and valuation models.
- Accountability: Support on the coordination of monthly (MBRs) and quarterly (QBRs) events to review business units performance and key strategic projects. Design of templates, KPIs and efficient reporting processes. Work with the finance office and each of the Units heads to accurately report project status and strategic review items (secure messaging is assertive, relevant, and to-the-point). Develop event minutes and send them within 24 hours of each meeting.
- Research: Develop proactive insights, industry & market, and competitive research in order to find operational efficiencies, revenue accelerators and investment opportunities.
- Quality Standards & Operating Insights: Secure the quality of the information and same reporting standards across all Entravision business unit and service areas (same templates, similar structure, common vs particular KPIs, etc.). Support the finance team and business units heads on developing data analysis of current business operations that can enable better decision-making.
- Performance Analysis: Work with each of the finance team and Business Unit heads to track and analyze indicators and performance dashboards. Proactively identify red flags, changes and good news within operating units.
- Annual Budgets: Work with the finance and Business Units head to coordinate the budget process and incorporate KPIs and rationale behind key strategic assumptions to explain the story behind the numbers.

**III. Performance Indicators**:

- Monthly reporting (on time and quality)
- Projects follow-up by business unit
- Numbers and information accuracy
- Eagerness to grow, contribute and teamplayer
