M-F 4p-12a Hamburg, AR Primary Duties And Responsibilities Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework. Helping customers make and keep appointments, providing or arranging transportation to run errands and serving as a companion. Helping customers achieve agreed‑upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community. Providing written daily updates of each shift's activities using an online platform. Observing the customer's condition and monitoring the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success, including monitoring of equipment and materials. Performing other duties as assigned. Maintains a clean and orderly work environment. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (some positions require additional education).
