Senior Client Growth Manager This pivotal role leads our client engagement efforts, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities while ensuring seamless alignment with client objectives. Responsibilities Identify and cultivate growth opportunities within our existing client base, focusing on Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients and a deep knowledge of our service offerings. Equip our sales team with the necessary tools and resources to execute successful upsell and cross‑sell initiatives. Monitor opportunities diligently and oversee the implementation of our Growth Framework to drive sustainable results. Develop an intimate familiarity with Epsilon products, identifying both strengths and areas for improvement with precision. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years’ experience working directly with clients and digital advertising teams. Proven expertise in business development and opportunity identification; prior experience in account management roles is highly desirable. Exceptional organizational skills are paramount, given the focus on key brands and regional responsibilities; a thorough understanding of processes is essential for effectiveness. Fluent English proficiency required, along with proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce proficiency is advantageous).
