Overview Account Manager (Healthcare) at Power Digital Marketing. The role is based in Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, and reports to the Digital Media team. Power Digital Marketing is a tech-enabled growth firm that delivers SEO, content, paid media, and data intelligence services to help clients drive revenue and brand recognition. Responsibilities Lead clients that predominantly focus on Google and Meta ads. Drive day‑to‑day client activity that drives growth including client communication, education, and project management for campaign execution. Plan and provide thought leadership for service strategy. Monitor and analyze account activity – volumes, key performance indicators, incidents, trends, etc. Work with cross‑functional teams at Cardinal to create innovative strategies that maximize program performance. Manage client and agency team expectations, remove roadblocks to success, and maintain day‑to‑day client communication. Lead client meetings to present and discuss program optimization, execution, and marketing best practices. Ensure day‑to‑day implementation of project deliverables is client‑ready. Requirements 3+ years of experience managing digital programs in a marketing agency. Experience with SEO, PPC, creative, and analytics resources, and a thorough understanding of related deliverables. Strong multi‑tasking and prioritizing skills in a changing environment, handling multiple accounts while meeting tight deadlines. Proven project‑management skills with an understanding of processes and quality assurance/control. Proactive and thrives in environments where new opportunities are created. Ability to travel as needed – relationship‑building with partners is critical. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Proven experience growing client accounts and agency business. Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level.
