As a Account Manager at Somnio Software, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our key customers, ensuring that their business and product needs are met with strategic solutions.

In this strategic role, you will be the bridge between our most important clients and the company's business opportunities. You will manage and expand relationships with them, ensuring their needs are met with innovative and customized solutions. You will work collaboratively with the marketing and delivery teams to design strategies that drive revenue and strengthen the loyalty of our strategic customers.
Your role will be diverse and dynamic You will be instrumental in the development and maintenance of software solutions for the first and only 100% Flutter focused software development company in LATAM .

Job requirementsOur Perfect Match:
Experience: 5+ years in software services sales and account management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to analyze and evaluate complex information
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Experience in customer relationship management
Advanced English C1+
Main tasks:
Strategic Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships, identify growth opportunities and propose solutions.
Sales Closing: Negotiate and close deals, ensure satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis: Research trends and competition to find new opportunities and evaluate ROI.
Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with sales, marketing and product to design effective strategies and align customer needs.
Communication: Present proposals to customers and investors, and communicate strategies to all stakeholders.
Customer Growth: Design strategies to increase sales and ensure continuity of the business relationship.
