Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with key retail and carrier accounts to drive sales growth and maximize market share.
  • Define and execute joint business plans with key partners to ensure alignment on sales targets, marketing activities, and promotional strategies.
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to identify opportunities, improve channel performance, and optimize product assortment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure flawless execution of account initiatives.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and promotional investments to achieve profitable growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to provide strategic recommendations to management.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships based on trust and value creation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development; experience in the
    mobile or consumer electronics industry
    is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with proven experience managing major retail or operator accounts.
  • Solid understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and channel management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English (the hiring process will be conducted in English).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and use of sales tools (Excel, Power BI, CRM systems).
  • Availability to work on-site.
