San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines 11 Jul 2025 Job Description The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned clients, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction while identifying new business opportunities. This role combines sales expertise, relationship management, and a deep understanding of IT products and services. The Account Manager acts as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring successful delivery of solutions that align with customer needs. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Understand client needs and business objectives, and propose appropriate IT solutions Coordinate with technical and project delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify new opportunities Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates Ensure timely delivery of products and services Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit Handle client escalations and resolve issues effectively Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction Leverage SAP Solutions – Be proficient in and bring all SAP offers to bear on sales pursuits including Industry Solutions, LOB solutions (CRM, SCM, SRM et al) and technology solutions (Business Analytics, Mobility, Database and Technology, etc.) Sales Excellence Sell value Demonstrates leadership skills in the orchestration of remote teams Ensure account teams and Partners are well-versed in each account’s strategy and well-positioned for all customer touchpoints and events.
