Identity&access Management - Team Lead Ops Responsibilities: Act as Shift Lead – prioritize workload and responsibilities for self and subordinates to ensure that Service Level Agreements are satisfied. Be proficient at all Business As Usual and project related security administration functions; ensure access is granted in accordance with the Access Security Policy, established standards and procedures, rules and policies. Promote policy awareness and perform required training for technology users. Implement Information Risk processes, procedures and monitor follow‑up actions. Make recommendations to senior management regarding policy related strategies, processes and software. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Information Security products, policies and processes and provide consulting services to JPMC business partners regarding security access. Coach junior team members as appropriate. Participate in the review and implementation of security related projects for upgrades and new technology as required. Participate in audit support activities as they pertain to Information Security for both internal and external audits. Qualifications: 5+ years of related working experience. Extensive understanding of information security policies and practices. Availability to work Mon‑Fri 9 am‑6 pm and some national holidays. ACF2 Security software/SQL/Oracle/Sybase Database administration advantage. Familiar with service delivery management. Exceptional analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex security access issues. Good leadership skills. Shifts, on‑call, weekend support required. Understanding of key controls and their business impact (operational or systems perspective). Good knowledge of Problem, Change and Incident management skills. Working knowledge of risk, governance, audit management, SOX. Key Competencies: Excellent communication skills. Professional and committed. Advanced problem‑solving skills. Proactive, driven and able to work from own initiative. Flexible with regard to working shifts, on‑call and weekends. Work well under pressure. Show discretion with use of system authority.
