What you’ll achieve

You will:

- Define, develop, and implement the conception, planning, implementation, and support of new services to increase security, improve customer experience, and align with best practices.
- Evangelise identity management services throughout the enterprise community by demonstrating technical competence in these areas and providing excellent customer service.
- Define a roadmap including PAM, IAM, IDM, and related critical components
- Develop, enhance, and customise custom-developed and third-party software used in our environment, such as Okta, Radius, Azure Active Directory, AWS IAM, OAUTH, and Google Cloud services.
- Work with the cybersecurity team to implement identity solutions to secure enterprise systems and services.
- Keep existing software, services, and operating systems up-to-date and running with high availability. Our systems provide access to and support virtually every business and collaboration system at the enterprise, including our financial, HR, and Google Workspace services.

Essential Requirements
- Okta 3+ years of experience
- Experience and understanding of LAN/WAN architectures and designs; mobile networking, and cloud networking, required.
- Working knowledge in the operation of automation and scripting languages such as powershell, ansible, Azure deployment technologies, and other similar systems
- Ability to work nights and weekends and provide 24/7 on-call support.

Desirable Requirements
- AWS Architect or Security Certification
- Okta Administrator Certification
