Client Technology - Change Management Lead - EY EY – Rank: Assistant Director – Leading change initiatives in Client Technology to drive growth and innovation. Responsibilities Lead the Change Management Team within a structured process framework. Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, presenting issues to leadership. Empower the team to approve, reject or hold RFCs within the defined scope. Communicate and enforce compliance to Change Management policies and procedures. Collaborate with ServiceNow engineering teams to drive enhancements and incident resolution. Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to reduce failed changes. Generate and analyze metrics data for compliance, failure rate and KPIs. Represent the team in internal and external audits and ensure audit gaps are closed. Qualifications More than 10 years of significant experience leading Change Management in large, complex environments, preferably Cloud and On‑Prem. Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management processes and procedures. Well organized, with the ability to plan short‑to‑medium‑term objectives and facilitate the work required. Excellent judgment, tact, and decision‑making ability, with analytical and problem‑solving skills. Skills & attributes for success Very good understanding and awareness of the ITIL Change Management process and procedures. Strong communications and influencing skills, with fluency interacting with subordinates, peers, and senior management. Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Excellent problem‑solving, analytical skills and ability to explain technical concepts. Ability to work under pressure and strive for efficiency with a commitment to service assurance best practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
