You will play a key role in helping law firms discover the power of the company's services, acting as a trusted advisor and solutions expert. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and lead follow-ups. Conduct discovery calls and product/service presentations with prospective clients. Work with marketing to convert inbound leads into active sales opportunities. Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies, target markets, and growth goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of law firm clients. Understand each client's unique needs and provide tailored solutions to drive retention and satisfaction. Upsell and cross‑sell additional services and offerings. Monitor client performance metrics and ensure the delivery of exceptional service. Manage client communications, check‑ins, and problem‑solving. Requirements 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (B2B preferred). Experience working with or selling to law firms or professional services clients is a major plus. Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Comfortable presenting via Zoom and working in a fully remote environment. Tech‑savvy and proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Highly organized and self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership. Preferred Skills Understanding of legal services, virtual staffing, or SaaS is a bonus. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
