Business Development Representative - LATAM About Huzzle At Huzzle, we connect exceptional B2B sales professionals with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you're hired in-house as a valued member of their team. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calls (80-100+), emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage with decision-makers Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives. Manage and track all activities in a modern CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Research target accounts and tailor outreach messaging to resonate with business needs. Consistently hit or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs around activity and pipeline generation. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise prospecting strategies. Requirements 1-3 years experience as a BDR/SDR or similar sales role in the tech/SaaS industry. Comfortable handling high call volumes (80-100+) and engaging with prospects over phone and email. Strong English proficiency and fluency (spoken & written). Proficiency with sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar. Track record of hitting targets and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to grow into more senior sales roles.
