Job location and focus In Argentina within the pharma industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team; and provide expert-level support for a complex and validated IT environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in IT service delivery, incident management, and application support, with a solid understanding of MES systems (preferably PharmaSuite), GxP regulations, and ITIL practices. Responsibilities End-to-end lifecycle of technical issues, improvements, and changes, working closely with cross-functional teams and delivery partners. Provide reliable delivery of IT services based on IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Participate in multiple phases of the solution lifecycle, including Implementation, Operation and Maintenance, Continual Improvement, and Retirement. Maintain good working knowledge of products used in the respective domains, including MES, data historians, and system/equipment interfaces. Provide expertise to incident, problem, change, release, and configuration management according to ITSM. Maintain GxP systems in a validated state according to Computer Systems Validation (CSV) policy and procedures. Understand business processes and context in which IT services are consumed within the manufacturing, quality, supply chain and engineering areas. Escalate infrastructure issues affecting supported service/application to the respective Client/Vendor groups and coordinate resolution. This role includes rotational on-call support and may require occasional overtime. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT technical support or a similar domain. 3 years of relevant experience with MES application (deployment, configuration, support). Expert hands-on experience in one or more of the following: MES, Serialization/Track & Trace OR Label Management (Layouts, Design, Management, Printer, etc.), Traceability, Barcode Tracking, Supply Chain Control. Working knowledge of Computer Systems Validation (CSV) and GxP. Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and higher. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and higher. Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (JBoss EAP). Interfaces deployment. ITIL V3/V4, certification is an advantage. English skills (verbal and written). Nice-to-have skills Kubernetes and Cloud Solutions (is an advantage). Scripting skills (is an advantage). Possess a combination of analytical thinking, hands-on problem solving, and a customer-service mindset. This is your role Responsible for providing reliable delivery of IT services based on IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
