We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior 2nd Level Support Analyst** to become part of our dynamic IT support team.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide effective solutions to escalated customer support inquiries
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and team members to investigate and address technical challenges
  • Monitor IT systems to anticipate and mitigate potential disruptions
  • Offer ideas and recommendations to enhance support tools and workflows
  • Ensure precise communication across team members and non-technical stakeholders

**Requirements**

  • 6+ months of experience in Application Support
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent practical exposure
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle Forms and Reports
  • Background in REST APIs using frameworks like Node.js or Spring Boot
  • Familiarity with React concepts such as components, props, state, hooks
  • Understanding of JavaScript functionality, including managing promises and async/await
  • Knowledge of GitHub or Bitbucket
  • Competency in utilizing tools such as Postman or Swagger
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and operational frameworks
  • Strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats
  • A keen initiative and proactive approach to challenges

**Nice to have**

  • Familiarity with Bitbucket
  • Understanding of JavaScript or Node.js
  • Qualifications in Oracle Forms Services or Oracle Reports Server
  • Showcase of Postman proficiency
  • Flexibility to use Spring Boot
