We are seeking a committed and precise **2nd Level Support Analyst** to join our dynamic IT support team.

**Responsibilities**
- Address escalated customer support inquiries with efficiency and precision
- Work alongside senior support analysts and team members to resolve intricate technical challenges
- Monitor and maintain IT systems proactively to mitigate potential issues
- Provide suggestions and input to refine support processes and tools
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and non-technical stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in Application Support
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in PL/SQL with Oracle Forms and Reports
- Background in REST APIs using frameworks like Node.js or Spring Boot
- Familiarity with React components, props, state, hooks
- Understanding of JavaScript, including promise management and async/await
- Knowledge of GitHub or Bitbucket
- Competency in tools like Postman or Swagger
- Basic understanding of IT principles and support frameworks
- Attention to detail coupled with effective problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- A proactive mindset and initiative-taking attitude

**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with BitBucket
- Expertise in JavaScript or Node.js
- Showcase of Oracle Forms Services or Oracle Reports Server
- Understanding of Postman usage
- Background in Spring Boot
