As Talent Coordinator you are driving the TA team operations forward and ensuring anything from world-class candidate experiences, the fastest possible recruitment speed to smooth talent onboarding. This is an intense, hands-on Talent Operations role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar. Where You’ll Create Impact You have maximum drive to build one of the world’s strongest Talent Acquisition teams and operations. You take full ownership of TA operations from interview to onboarding and beyond: Decrease time to hire and enable recruiters: Manage interview scheduling with high pace and support adjustments as plans evolve, across both US, UK and EMEA time zones Improve the candidate experience: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an exceptionally smooth and professional candidate experience Interview support: Support in-person and virtual interview days in our NY office - greeting candidates, preparing rooms, and ensuring the onsite experience runs reliably and on time.
